We invite a Senior IT recruiter to join our team!



  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting (at least 1 year in IT);
  • understanding of full lifecycle recruiting components;
  • understanding of common search techniques;
  • understanding of IT market and basic knowledge of technologies/tools/approaches;
  • good communication skills;
  • intermediate + level of English;
  • self-motivation and responsibility.



  • Conducting the full cycle of the recruitment process:
  • creating of the description of the vacancies and posting it on various resources, including the corporate website and social media;
  • conducting the active search based on certain criteria;
  • working with the existing inner and own personal databases;
  • active communicating with  developers and performing references analysis;
  • establishing effective communication with PM and HR departments
  • conducting HR interviews;
  • organizing technical interviews;
  • completing the onboarding procedure;
  • reporting.
